The Committee is made of Chiefs of banking supervision bodies of Central Banks of twelve countries and two regional Banking Commissions involving respectively six and eight countries:

• Burundi
• Ghana
• Gambia
• Liberia
• Nigeria 
• Sierra Leone
• Sudan
• Democratic Republic of Congo
• Guinea
• COBAC (Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Chad)
• The Banking Commission of UMOA (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo)

The Monetary Institute of western Africa ( WAMI) attends the meetings as observer.
